ظهر المدير الفني لفريق آيندهوفن، بيتر بوش، بشكل بائس بعد خسارة الأمس المذلة أمام آرسنال، في بطولة دوري أبطال أوروبا موسم 2024/25.

واستضاف آيندهوفن خصمه آرسنال في إطار مباريات ذهاب دور الـ16 من دوري أبطال أوروبا، حيث خسر بنتيجة 7/1 (لمطالعة التفاصيل كاملة من هنا).

ويستضيف ملعب “الإمارات” مباراة الفريقين في مرحلة الإياب يوم الأربعاء المقبل، ولكن بيتر بوش اعترف بخنوعهم في ملعبهم.

وقال بيتر بوش، في تصريحات نشرتها شبكة “بي بي سي” العالمية: “ليلة مروعة بالنسبة لنا، لم تكن لدينا فرصة في المباراة”.

وأضاف: “ربما حصلنا على لحظتين في المباراة، فرصتنا الأولى بعد 15 دقيقة عندما سددنا كرة في العارضة، وضربة الجزاء، كانتا لحظتين للعودة في المباراة، من الناحية الكروية لم تكن لدينا فرصة، لم نكن في أفضل حالاتنا، لعب آرسنال بشكل رائع ولم تكن لدينا فرصة الليلة”.

وعما إذا كان السبب هو المدرب أم اللاعبين، قال: “ربما كلاهما، أداء ضعيف، من أحدهما أو كليهما، لم يكن أسلوب لعبنا على الإطلاق”.

واعترف: “كانت لدينا خطة وقمنا بتحليلها واعتقدنا أننا يمكن أن نؤذيهم في مكان ما ولكن إذا نظرت إلى كيفية دفاعنا، فهي سيئة، لا يمكنك أن تنجح إذا لعبت بهذه الطريقة”.

وأكد: “لا أستطيع أن أتخيل أنني سأخسر بهذه النتيجة الكبيرة، لذلك شعر اللاعبون بخيبة أمل، علينا مساعدة اللاعبين، إذا خسرت بهذا الشكل الكبير، فأنت في حاجة إلى مساعدتهم”.

واعترف: “علينا أن نقبل الأمر ولكن الأمر صعب، علينا التعافي، علينا أن نفعل ذلك بسرعة لأنه لم يتبق سوى 10 مباريات (في الموسم) لذا فنحن بحاجة إلى لاعبين الآن”.

توج جناح الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي ليفربول، محمد صلاح، بجائزة جديدة مع الريدز بعد تألقه في الفترة الماضية ومساهمته في استمرارهم بقمة الترتيب في الدوري الإنجليزي.

Mais tarde, às 17h, começa a venda para associados com 60 pontos no Fiel Torcedor, e, às 19h, inicia a comercialização para sócios com 40 pontos. Na terça-feira (16), véspera da partida, quem tem 20 pontos poderá adquirir bilhetes a partir das 9h, enquanto os adimplentes começam a comprar às 11h. Two days of training is all India have had to familiarise themselves with the pink ball as their debut in day-night Test cricket beckons. On the eve of their first-ever pink-ball Test, starting Thursday against Australia on the Gold Coast, India captain Mithali Raj revealed her side first practised with the pink ball only on Tuesday.”The first training session that we had with the pink ball was yesterday,” Raj told reporters from India in an online interaction on Wednesday. “Yes, for everybody it was a little bit of a different experience because we are not so used to seeing a pink ball around. ESPNcricinfo’s Stump Mic podcast had reported on Tuesday that India went into the multi-format Australia tour, where the standalone pink-ball Test is bookended by three-match ODI and T20I legs, without any practice sessions with the pink ball in the two-week preparatory camp held in Bengaluru in August.Though two intra-squad matches were held under lights at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, and the players took part in at least one evening training session that also involved fielding and catching drills, the pink ball did not make an appearance in the camp. The focus of the preparations at the time had largely been on white-ball cricket, the 50-over format in particular, given the 2022 ODI World Cup begins in under five months’ time.”We were preparing for the one-day series back home in the Bangalore camp, so it was more to do with the white ball,” Raj said. “Of course, we tried to play a few games under the lights to get used to the day-night Test and the one-off [day-night] game in the one-day series.”The preparation was more of the one-day format in the camp. Yeah, if we could have got a little more time between the last one-day [match] and the Test, it would have been quite helpful. But, again, I understand it was shortened because of Covid-19 protocols.”The pink-ball fixture against Australia is India’s second Test this year. They had drawn the standalone red-ball Test against England in June which followed the same points system as the ongoing series: four points for a win in the Test; two for a draw, and two points for each limited-overs victory. Prior to the England Test, India went nearly seven years without playing the format, and on the domestic circuit, their multi-day competition – the Senior Women’s Inter-Zonal Three-Day Game – hasn’t been held since the 2018-19 season.Raj, who remains the side’s most experienced player in the format with 11 Test caps along with pace spearhead Jhulan Goswami, batted for the resumption of multi-day tournaments at the domestic level.”Clearly, if the girls are to do well in this format, they have to have some sort of match experience in the domestic circuit,” Raj said. “So, if this is going to be a regular [feature], probably, we will have another addition to a domestic calendar of playing [the] days’ format.”Heading into the Test, which will be played on a drop-in surface of Gold Coast’s Metricon Stadium, India, on an unbeaten five-match streak in the longest format, trail the hosts 2-4 on points in the multi-format series. They had won only one of the three ODIs and will continue to miss their designated vice-captain Harmanpreet Kaur through a thumb injury sustained prior to the ODIs.Though the final-over victory in the third ODI on Sunday swung a semblance of impetus India’s way, the proposition of facing the pink ball remains mostly an unknown for the visitors, unlike Australia, who played a pink-ball Ashes Test in 2017. Raj, for her part, acknowledged the challenge, saying India were yet to get the first-hand experience of “when it (the pink ball) gets older if it helps the seamers or the spinners”.She, however, emphasised that India were “taking confidence from the one-day” leg of the tour as far as picking up 20 wickets goes, having got “pretty much eight or nine wickets in the Australian side”. “I am confident, the girls are confident, the bowlers seem confident because they have really done a good job in the one-day format,” Raj said.The addition of a Test match on their away-from-home assignments against England and Australia this year has been an encouraging sign for India’s future in the format, Raj said. The prospect of playing on home conditions, she added, would be equally welcome.”Playing Tests at home would also be quite significant because we would have the advantage and the girls would also get the experience of playing a Test at home,” Raj said. “Most of the girls in the current squad have toured abroad, been part of the 2014 Test in England and the last Test in England, so I think most of them have played Test matches abroad, so it would be nice to have a Test even at home.”

The football season is now starting to enter its busiest time, and Ten Hag’s focus will of course be on the upcoming matches, but the Red Devils already appear to be putting plans in place for January and next summer too.

United added two centre-backs to their ranks during the summer in the form of Leny Yoro and Matthijs de Ligt, but they are already looking to improve in that department once again. Barcelona’s Ronald Araujo is someone that United remain interested in signing, as while he is a key player at Barça, his contract ends in 2026, and United are keeping an eye on his situation in case a new contract cannot be agreed.

Meanwhile, the Premier League side have a couple of players who are nearing the end of their contracts at Old Trafford, one being Harry Maguire, and the defender is said to be waiting for Ten Hag to be sacked before making a decision on his future. The England defender wants to see if his role can change under a new boss; as of yet, no talks have been held over a new contract.

United were very busy during the summer, improving in defence, midfield and the forward line, but there was one position that wasn’t addressed which left Goldbridge mystified.

Goldbridge stunned at INEOS with Shaw injured again

Manchester United fan/pundit Goldbridge has been left stunned at INEOS for not signing a left-back in the summer, considering Luke Shaw is once again out injured. The 29-year-old, who has been at Old Trafford since July 2014, has struggled with injuries throughout his career, missing 77 United games in the last four seasons alone, a timeline which excludes the serious leg break suffered in 2015.

Shaw played just 12 times in the Premier League last season – in total he played 15 games in all competitions. His last game for United was in February, but since then he has been away with England for Euro 2024, returned to pre-season training at Carrington and picked up another injury once again.

There was more delight for Pep Guardiola’s side during the week, as they got to celebrate the fact that their midfielder Rodri won the 2024 Ballon d’Or. The Spanish midfielder beat Real Madrid’s Vinícius Júnior to the award, as he played a key role in City’s 2023/24 success and helped Spain win Euro 2024, as he was named player of the tournament.

Guardiola heaped praise on his midfielder, stating it is “incredible news for him”. “Hopefully it can give him energy to recover well and to be with us next season again. We are going to play this season without the best player in the world.”

While City celebrate Rodri’s success, there could be bad news on the horizon, as star man Kevin de Bruyne has held talks with MLS side San Diego, according to a recent update. The Belgian international is said to prefer a move to the MLS over the Saudi Pro League as he begins to negotiate his exit from the Etihad.

Now, while he may not be a direct replacement, City seem to have their eyes on one player for next summer, and a deal could come cheaper than what many may have expected.

Man City "interested" in signing Viktor Gyokeres

According to Sky Sports Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, Manchester City are “interested” in signing Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting CP. The Swedish international joined the Portuguese side back in July 2023 and has been an instant hit, scoring goals for fun as Sporting were crowned Champions last season.

Plettenberg states that despite Gyokeres having a release clause of €100 million, which is roughly £83 million, there is an agreement in place for him to leave for as little as €60 million (£50 million) next summer. That means were City to land the striker, they could get a 40% discount.

Gyokeres, who is described as being a “top striker” by Plettenberg, has already scored 12 goals in nine Liga Portugal games this season. That form in front of goal has gained him the attention of City, as well as Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea. This news comes after it was reported last week that City are looking to use their new director of football, Hugo Viana’s connections, as he currently works at the Portuguese club and is set to join City at the end of this season.

وفي حديثه عن أزمة الملاعب، أكد صبحي أن الوزارة ليست مسؤولة عن تجهيز وصيانة الملاعب، بل تقع هذه المسؤولية على عاتق الأندية والهيئات المالكة لها، مشيرًا إلى أن استاد القاهرة هو الملعب الوحيد الذي يخضع لإشراف الدولة.

وأضاف: “هناك ضرورة لتفعيل دور رابطة الأندية ووضع اشتراطات صارمة لتطوير الملاعب بداية من الموسم المقبل، كما يجب تشكيل لجنة لمتابعة هذا الملف الحيوي، صيانة الملاعب تحتاج إلى أسس واضحة للتطوير، ويجب على الرابطة أن تتولى هذا الدور لضمان جودة المنشآت الرياضية”.

وفيما يخص تنظيم البطولات العالمية، شدد الوزير على أن مصر تمتلك كل المقومات اللازمة لاستضافة الأحداث الرياضية الكبرى، خاصة مع وجود البنية التحتية المتطورة والمدينة الأولمبية الرياضية.

وعلق على ما ذكره المهندس هاني أبو ريدة حول إمكانية مشاركة مصر في استضافة كأس العالم بالشراكة مع السعودية، قائلًا: “نحن نتمنى ذلك، ولكن لا بد أن يكون هناك تنسيق كامل مع الأشقاء في السعودية قبل الإعلان عن أي خطوات رسمية”.

وكشف صبحي أن مصر تستهدف تحقيق ميداليات أولمبية في عدة رياضات، أبرزها الإسكواش، والخماسي الحديث، ورفع الأثقال، والتايكوندو، مؤكدًا أن هناك كوادر رياضية متميزة قادرة على تحقيق إنجازات في الأولمبياد القادم.

كما أثنى على مبادرات اكتشاف المواهب الكروية، مشيرًا إلى أنها حققت نتائج إيجابية في الفترة الأخيرة، وتساهم في دعم مستقبل الكرة المصرية.

وفيما يتعلق بالشأن الإداري لنادي الزمالك، نفى الوزير رغبته في الترشح لرئاسة النادي، مؤكدًا أنه لم يفكر في دخول أي انتخابات للحصول على منصب رياضي.

وعند سؤاله عن ملف التحكيم، رفض صبحي التعليق، معتبرًا أنه ليس دوره كوزير رياضة التدخل في هذا الشأن.

Os movimentos iniciais no Antônio Accioly foram intensos. Apesar do domínio do Atlético-GO na posse de bola ao longo do começo do jogo, o Goiatuba foi quem saiu na frente. Em bola cruzada da direita, Murilo Cavalcante apareceu livre pela esquerda para chutar cruzado e abrir o placar para os visitantes.

A felicidade não durou muito. Aos sete minutos, Dellatorre recebeu de frente para o gol e chutou cruzado. Bruno Colaço espalmou, mas viu a bola sobrar para Léo Pereira, livre, tocar para o fundo das redes, deixando tudo igual. O Dragão chegou a ficar na frente do placar depois que Dellatorre completou sobra na área para o gol, mas o lance foi anulado.

GOLEIROS PROTAGONISTAS
Depois do gol do empate, o Atlético-GO assumiu de vez o controle da partida e começou a tramar todas as jogadas, não deixando o Goiatuba respirar com a bola nos pés.

A chance da vira veia em cobrança de escanteio, que encontrou a cabeça de Gabriel. O zagueiro cabeceou firme para o chão, a bola pingou e foi na direção do ângulo, mas Bruno Colaço voou e espalmou. Mais tarde, do outro lado, Renan evitou o pior. Bruno Henrique aproveitou vacilo da defesa do Atlético-GO e finalizou como deu. O goleiro do Dragão esticou o braço e tirou o perigo, levando o 1 a 1 para o intervalo.

POUCA PRESSÃO
Em casa, o Atlético-GO chegou a ensaiar uma pressão no começo da etapa final. Assim, logo na volta do intervalo, o Dragão chegou com perigo em chute de Dellatorre, mas o desvio da defesa veio na hora certa para mandar a bola para escanteio.

Por sua vez, o Goiatuba ficou fechado nos primeiros movimentos da segunda etapa e tentou algumas saídas esporádicas ao campo de ataque, mas os lances de contra-ataque não surtiram efeito.

VITÓRIA HEROICA
​Nos minutos finais do jogo, a partida se tornou um monopólio do Atlético-GO, que queria manter o 100% de aproveitamento no Campeonato Goiano de 2022. Enquanto isso, o Goiatuba se fechou e pareceu satisfeito com o empate.

Com dificuldades para armar as jogadas pelo chão, o Atlético-GO passou a abusar da bola aérea. Em cruzamento, Wanderson conseguiu cabecear, mas, antes do atacante completar, Bruno Colaço socou a bola e afastou o perigo com um soco. Pouco depois, o camisa 1 atuou bem novamente em chute firme de Jean Carlos.

Sem atacar em praticamente nenhum momento ao longo da etapa final, o Goiatuba conseguiu a vitória heroica nos segundos finais. Em cobrança de escanteio, a defesa do Atlético-GO afastou mal e Alex completou para o gol, fechando o jogo em 2 a 1.

وقررت رابطة الأندية، اليوم السبت، بشكل رسمي، اعتماد فوز الزمالك على الأهلي بنتيجة 3-0، مع خصم 3 نقاط مع المارد الأحمر في نهاية المسابقة إثر انسحابه من مباراة القمة التي كان مقررا لها يوم الثلاثاء الماضي.

ناقش مجلس إدارة النادي في جلسته المفتوحة اليوم القرارات الصادرة عن رابطة الأندية المحترفة بخصوص مباراة القمة التي كان محددًا لها الثلاثاء الماضي، وقرر المجلس ما يلي:

– رفض القرارات الصادرة عن رابطة الأندية المحترفة لأنها تتحمل ومعها الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم ما آلت إليه الأمور.

– التمسك بكافة المطالب التي جاءت بشكوى النادي للجنة الأولمبية المصرية والتي تؤكد على أن الأهلي لم ينسحب من مباراة القمة طبقا للمستندات المقدمة.
