انتقد المدير الفني للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي ريال مدريد، كارلو أنشيلوتي، بعض الأخبار التي تشكك في مهاجمه، كيليان مبابي، ومدى قوته الذهنية والنفسية.

وبدأت الصحافة في العالم تتحدث عن مبابي كثيرًا في الآونة الأخيرة، خاصة أنه لا يظهر بالمستوى المأمول، بجانب عدم انضمامه إلى منتخب فرنسا في آخر توقفين دوليين.

وضع مبابي مع ريال مدريد مقلق خاصة بعد مباراة الكلاسيكو التي أضاع فيها العديد من الفرص ولم يكن بتركيز كبير حتى يتفادى مصيدة التسلل من مدافعي برشلونة.

وتحدث أنشيلوتي في مؤتمره الصحفي قبل مباراة ليجانيس غدًا الأحد، بالجولة الرابعة عشر من الدوري الإسباني، وقال: “الأجواء إيجابية قبل المواجهة، لا توجد مشاكل”.

وعن مشاركة فالفيردي في مركز الظهير وراؤول أسينسيو كمدافع أساسي: “خيارات بالفعل أمامنا، لقد جربناها خلال التوقف الدولي”.

وانتقل للحديث عن مبابي: “لقد تدرب بشكل جيد، تحسنت حالته وآمل أن يتمكن من إظهار جميع إمكاناته الفنية”.

وعن حالة الفرنسي الذهنية والنفسية: “أراه سعيدًا مع ريال مدريد، لا يبدو لي أنه يعاني من مشاكل، أعتقد أن الحديث عن هذا الأمر شيء مؤسف”.

واستمر: “كل مهاجم يمر بفترة سيئة لا يسجل فيها، هذا ما حدث للكثير من العظماء، أراه متحفزًا وسعيدًا بالتواجد مع زملائه، سيكسر هذا النحس قريبًا وسيسجل عاجلًا أم آجلًا”.

وعن معضلة فينيسيوس ومبابي: “لم يطلب كيليان أبدًا مني المشاركة في مركز ما، لكنهما يرغبان في التواجد بالتشكيل الأساسي، ليس لديهما مركز ثابت وسيتغير وفقًا لمجريات المباريات”.

وبشأن مشاركة مبابي في النواحي الدفاعية: “لقد عمل مع الآخرين بشكل طبيعي، لقد ركزنا على الدفاع، لا يمكنني أن أعلمه كيف يهاجم ربما هو من يعلمني، لكن هو أيضًا لا يحتاج أن يتعلم كيف يدافع مع زملائه”.

وإمكانية التعاقد مع لاعبين في الميركاتو الشتوي: “علينا الانتظار حتى نهاية مباراة إشبيلية (آخر مواجهة بالعام يوم 22 ديسمبر) حتى نحلل السوق جيدًا ونحسم موقفنًا”.

وإبراهيم دياز: “لقد عاد للتو من الإصابة ولكنه في حالة جيدة وسجل أهدافًا، هذا أمر هام بالنسبة لنا لأنه يلعب في مركز الجناح وكذلك خط الوسط”.

LANCE!: De que maneira a Sociedade Anônima do Futebol (SAF) pode contribuir para o futebol brasileiro?

José Francisco Manssur: O essencial neste Projeto de Lei é dar margem para a criação de um mercado. A SAF é facultativa, o que evita um ar de imposição que poderia culminar em questões judiciais. Além disto, criamos um tipo societário para os clubes que aderirem receberem fundos de investimento, terem condições de vender de ações, debêntures… São coisas que acontecem em clubes europeus, caso do Bayern de Munique, por exemplo.

L!: Como garantir segurança para que haja investimento em clubes?

A SAF estabelece modelo de governança. Não haverá risco de uma pessoa do mercado financeiro injetar dinheiro com o clube estando em determinada situação e, daqui a alguns anos, tudo mudar com a entrada de uma nova gestão. Cada dirigente será responsabilizado pelo que faz.

Será exigida uma transparência na gestão, à qual cada clube terá de se adequar. Naturalmente, não somos salvadores da pátria. Mas já é um caminho oferecer meios para uma melhora de gestão. Isto dá margem para que clubes mantenham seus jogadores por mais tempo e consigam uma situação financeira melhor.

L!: A “migração” para o formato de Sociedades Anônimas do Futebol (SAFs) seria também um caminho para o futebol brasileiro voltar a ter um equilíbrio?

Olha, acredito que a SAF dê oportunidade para mais clubes alcançarem um novo patamar financeiro. Temos um exemplo como o Athletico-PR, que está no rol de clubes que progrediram muito mas ainda não têm um apelo tão forte no mercado do futebol quanto do eixo Rio-São Paulo. A entrada na SAF pode aumentar muito seu potencial.

L!: Passada a transformação em SAF, quais são os próximos desafios para um clube que pretende se modernizar?

O clube não pode ficar restrito à transformação em Sociedade Anônima de Futebol (SAF). Esta mudança não é um passe de mágica para solução dos problemas. Trata-se apenas do primeiro passo de um processo de reestruturação profissional.

Cada clube tem de olhar para suas particularidades, desde o modelo de gestão até onde precisa se ajustar. Com consultoria e muito trabalho, cada equipe terá condições de modernizar sua gestão.

CA employees are not eligible for the actual JobKeeper payment because the board’s revenue hasn’t fallen enough. The executive team (led by CEO Kevin Roberts) and a skeleton staff to maintain basic operations will continue on 80% of their salaries for the same period.What are the overall numbers CA are talking about?Without getting too deep into books and balance sheets, CA had $97 million in mid-March which, under normal circumstances, had been budgeted to drop to $40 million by September before rebounding to $100 million by the time India visited in December. However, updated calculations have shown they would be down to $20 million – and only if there were no more major hits over the next few months. There is dispute among CA, the states and the ACA whether these figures are correct, with some estimates putting the likely September figure closer to $60 million. How are CA running low on money, don’t they have a billion-dollar TV deal?They do, and there is still a lack of clarity over CA’s exact cash position after Roberts’ earlier pronouncements. If the pandemic hadn’t hit, CA would have been eating into their cash reserves during this period and it highlights how the game lives on the marquee series involving England and India although few would ever have envisaged the situation the world is now in. One of CA’s concerns is whether companies such as sponsors and TV who are due to make payments over the coming months will be able to due to their own financial stresses. However, there is disquiet over whether the drastic level of cuts are needed and whether the impact on such a large number of staff is worth the relatively small saving made. This has been proven by the state associations arguing successfully against a 45% cut in their annual grants, a figure now likely to land somewhere between 20% and 25%.How could this impact the players?This is one of big issues now facing CA. The deadline for naming the 2020-21 player central contracts is April 30. Australia’s contracted players have a revenue share model which was at the center of the bitter pay battle in 2017 – it basically means that the value of contracts are linked to the financial success or otherwise of CA. “We’ve ridden the highs, now is the time to ride the lows a little bit,” Josh Hazlewood said. However, there is a suggestion that players will be asked to take additional pay cuts beyond what would be impacted by a fall in CA revenue. Of course, central contracts only cover the top level of players – the majority of Australian cricketers are employed by their states and they will be nervously waiting to see the impact of any reduction in funding.Could this turn into another ugly pay dispute?The relationship between CA and the ACA has improved over the last three years from the low point of the 2017 experience. However, players have admitted their surprise at how quickly what appeared a manageable situation has escalated into a near crisis and they want CA to be transparent with all their numbers. There is an understanding that every walk of life – not just cricket or sport – has been thrown into an unprecedented situation by coronavirus but there have already been some tough conversations, not only between CA and the ACA, but also between CA and the states.

Among his teammates, Doyle currently ranks seventh for accurate passes per game (32.3) in the top flight, along with ranking third for accurate long balls per game (3.1) and eighth for interceptions per game (0.5), showing his talents off across a range of metrics.

He is still only 22, which means the midfielder will continue to get better and better the more he plays in the Premier League.

City’s loss is Wolves’ gain as the £10k-per-week ace could turn out to be a superb piece of transfer business. The youngster will be well rested ahead of the Palace tie and this could see O’Neil unleash him in the starting XI in place of Traore.

Palace have been in solid form of late, securing a stunning 4-0 win over Manchester United in midweek. If Wolves want all three points, they will have to perform at their very best.

He will stay on in England; on track to recover in time for the T20I series

Pakistan all-rounder Khushdil Shah is certain to miss the first Test against England due to a thumb fracture. The PCB announced the injury that occurred while batting in the nets on Saturday will need three weeks to heal. “As the nail is intact and there is no injury to nail bed, the orthopaedic surgeon, team physician and team physiotherapist expect Khushdil to resume physical training by the end of the next week,” the press release said.It rules him out of all the lead-up games to the England series; he isn’t playing the current intra-squad game and will not take part in the second four-day game from July 24-27. Khushdil was mostly selected for his ability to have an impact in the T20 series and, at best, had just an outside chance of being selected for the Tests. If his current prognosis is accurate, he should be fit well before the the T20I series commences on August 28 at Old Trafford.Khushdil has so far played one international, a T20I against Australia last year. Após comandar as categorias de base do Leão em 2020, o técnico assumiu o profissional, e em 34 jogos com Chagas a beira do campo, o Rubro-Negro teve 52% de aproveitamento, levando o Leão para a semifinal da Copa do Nordeste e passando por duas fases da Copa do Brasil.

Desde que iniciou a trajetória como treinador em 2007, Rodrigo segue estudando, fazendo inclusive cursos para treinadores oferecidos pela CBF.

– Acho importante se manter atualizado no mercado. É um curso que te licencia para cargos da Série C, B, A e até mesmo fora do país. É de fundamental importância seguir estudando e buscando novas ferramentas para nos mantermos atualizados nessa área – contou Chagas, que atualmente está tirando a Licença A.

Com a pandemia ainda em alta, o curso está sendo feito online. Nas últimas edições, as aulas aconteciam na sede da CBF, em Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro.

– Não tenho dúvidas que caso fosse presencial, o networking seria muito maior. Infelizmente com a pandemia não é possível estar lá, mas sabemos que mesmo no modo online, o curso é de altíssimo nível. Como disse antes, a importância mesmo é seguir estudando e evoluindo- concluiu.
